💕 No intake other than water from 12AM to 12PM.
💕 Every Sunday is a 24 hour water fast.
💕 Weigh in every morning after using the bathroom.
💕 1 hour cardio 3 days a week, 2 hours cardio the other 3. NO EXERCISE ON 24 HOUR FASTING DAYS.
💕 Daily calorie limit is 1000, although let’s face it I wont break 300 LOL.
💕 Post body check the last day of every month to keep track of your progress.
💕 Run a mile 2 times a week, a long with cardio for the day.
💕 Do stretches every morning before weigh in, and every night before bed.
💕 Post your daily intake, and dont lie. If you lie, you wont lose.
